I believe that there are three main components to building relationships: Trust, Credibility, Authority.  When you do what you say you're going to do, you earn your clients' Trust.  When you have your Trust from your previous clients that will lead to your Credibility with past, current and future clients.  When you've been in the industry as long as I have and have done as many deals as I have then you build your Credibility.  When you combine the Trust from your clients with the Credibility of doing what you do extremely well, you then become an Authority.

•  Qualified CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) which allows me to understand what the seller is going through and what the buyer is looking for in that market.
  
•  A large network of other real estate agents which allows me to garner "best practices" of the industry and turn that into success for my clients.
  
•  An understanding of what is happening in the local real estate market. Much more important than what the national news is because real estate is local and sometimes even pockets of an area are reacting differently.
  
•  I offer ALL of my clients one on one service. I do not believe in sending an assistant to any of my appointments. You call MY cell phone, you email My email address and you deal with ME.
